Welcome to LAMASSU. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Introduction

LAMASSU is a luxury brand inspired by ancient Mesopotamian heritage, offering carefully selected and produced products including apparel, books, jewelry, fragrances and artisanal goods. 

2. Products

Each LAMASSU product is crafted with attention to detail and symbolism. Due to the artisanal and luxury nature of our products:

- Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur

- Product images are for illustrative purposes only

- Availability may be limited due to small-batch production

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in € euro and include VAT where applicable.

LAMASSU reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will always be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are standard €6,- within Belgium & Netherlands. For orders above €99,- there are no shipping costs. 

4. Orders

Once you place an order:

- You will receive an order confirmation via email

- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability

- LAMASSU reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

- Bankcontact (for Belgium customers)

- Ideal (for Dutch customers)

All payments are securely processed. LAMASSU does not store your payment details.

6. Shipping

At this time, LAMASSU offers shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands. Customers wishing to place orders from outside these regions are invited to contact us prior to purchase so we may explore suitable delivery arrangements.We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the premium and limited nature of LAMASSU products:

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (return costs are not handled by Lamassu)

- Items must be unused and in original packaging

- Food or personalized items cannot be returned

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

- Text

- Images

- Branding

- Logos

- Designs

is the property of LAMASSU and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

LAMASSU shall not be liable for:

- Indirect damages

- Loss of profits

- Delays beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Belgium law.

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary for shipping.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Belgium.
